BoneEasy has been increasing its team and is currently hiring a self-employed person for the role "Territorial Sales Representative".


We're dedicated to the manufacture of bespoke Medical Devices for the rehabilitation of maxillofacial cranial defects.

BoneEasy creates and provides clinicians with solutions that allow them to perform better and less invasive treatments for their patients.

The role:

  • Home-based role covering the nominated territory.

  • Promote and develop daily sales activities.

  • Track sales goals and report results if necessary.

  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our custom products.

  • Promote our company, products, and services.

  • Perform daily sales routines with excellence.

  • Generate new leads and convert them into new customers.

  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers by partnering with them.

  • Be regularly present and active throughout the territory.

  • Understand customer’s patients needs and present our solutions.

The ideal person:

  • Experienced sales professional – who wants to develop serious work with customised implants. We do not ask for exclusivity, but the ideal candidate should not work with conflicting products.

  • Experience in dental/hospital/surgical/medical devices area, minimum of 3 years.

  • Able to sell based on the value of our brand and our products' benefits

  • Right commercial desire and aptitude to drive business growth.

  • Strong negotiator and relationship builder.

  • Has a relevant degree (preferred, but not essential).

  • Results-oriented.

  • Self-motivated and works on own initiative with determination and persistence.

  • Flexible to travel daily throughout the territory with occasional overnight stays.

  • Charismatic and personable, able to engage and build rapport with customers.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for customer communication & group presentations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail and Google Drive.
